While every effort is made to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Sharni Kane.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of original artwork, prints, made-to-order products, and digital downloads, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted.
