Hi, I’m Sharni — an artist and qualified art psychotherapist based in Brisbane, Australia.
I create handmade collage artwork, greeting cards, small prints, and (self-paced) art-based therapeutic resources inspired by my training in the expressive therapies.
My training and education in art psychotherapy, has enabled me to support people to better understand themselves, process their emotions, explore their patterns, beliefs and experiences, and build a deeper connection with self through the creative processes.
While I’m currently stepping away from offering 1:1 art therapy sessions, this foundation continues to shape the art-based therapeutic resources and my collage art prints.
Handmade Collage Art Prints
I'm most drawn to using collage as a medium because I love the process of taking various images and transforming them into a layered and imperfect piece of art that holds a new meaning. I love that every time I create a collage artwork I have no idea what it will become… it teaches me to trust the process and remain open to what can unfold in the creative process by simply following your curiosity and creative impulses.
My collage prints are handmade and intentional, they are vibrant dreamscapes layered with symbolism, texture and emotion. Each piece combines surreal imagery and layered composition to create vibrant dreamlike worlds that feel personal, emotional, and open to your own meaning and interpretation.

I’m deeply passionate about the insight, meaning, and self-understanding that creativity can uncover when we allow ourselves to express through art. Creative expression can help us connect with our inner world, explore personal symbolism, and better understand the experiences and stories that shape who we are.
These art-based therapeutic exercises have been thoughtfully created by a qualified art psychotherapist to offer gentle guidance for relaxation, emotional exploration, self-reflection, and creative expression. While self-directed, each exercise is grounded in expressive arts and therapeutic creative practices designed to support your inner journey from the comfort of your own space.
These exercises are ideal for those who enjoy creativity, value self-awareness, and are curious about personal growth through art.
